Here to support you through every stage of womanhood—from preparing for pregnancy and birth, to navigating postpartum recovery, return to exercise, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause. Laine is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies, free from pelvic health concerns that may be limiting their quality of life.
Laine takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care, combining evidence-informed treatment with a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence pelvic health. Her goal is to help clients reduce pain, improve function, build strength and confidence, and return to the activities they love without leaking, discomfort, or dysfunction.
Laine is a Registered Physiotherapist with advanced training in Pelvic Health, Orthopaedic, and Neurological Physiotherapy. She is currently completing a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Ottawa, with a research focus on women's pelvic health, postpartum recovery, and wearable tech. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy, prenatal and postpartum care, cesarean section recovery, return to running, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and pelvic pain management. She is also a certified Neurodevelopmental Treatment (C/NDT) therapist and has completed the STOTT Pilates Matwork Instructor course.
