Diplômée de l'Institut de Coaching International de Genève, accrédité par la Fédération Internationale de Coaching, elle possède également une expertise en éducation thérapeutique du patient (ETP), en naturopathie et en Programmation Neuro-Linguistique (PNL). Ambassadrice du Congrès Mondial de la Naturopathie et membre de l'Association des Coachs de Santé de France, elle s'engage activement dans le développement et la promotion du bien-être à l'échelle internationale. Son approche vise avant tout à améliorer la qualité de vie au travail et à renforcer la résilience individuelle.
Parfaitement trilingue en français, portugais et anglais, Laken crée des liens privilégiés avec une clientèle internationale, adaptant ses méthodes pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques et aux sensibilités culturelles variées. Sur le plan académique, son parcours est riche et diversifié : elle a d'abord étudié le droit et les langues à l'Université de Tours en France, avant d'obtenir une certification en gestion des petites et moyennes entreprises.
Avec plus de dix ans d'expérience dans des fonctions administratives et en ressources humaines au sein de grands groupes et du secteur du conseil, Laken a développé une expertise approfondie dans la gestion des environnements à forte pression. Son approche intégrative et holistique du bien-être permet aux individus et aux équipes de trouver un équilibre durable, de maintenir leur vitalité et de favoriser leur croissance personnelle et professionnelle.
Actuellement, Laken est coach de santé et directrice du programme « Corporate wellness » destiné aux entreprises pour les marchés francophones et lusophones.

Laken Lima is a certified coach with a specialization in integrative health and wellness approaches, having graduated from the International Coaching Institute of Geneva, certified by the International Coaching Federation. Her expertise includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), European Naturopathy, and Therapeutic Patient Education (TPE), with a strong focus on improving quality of life and building individual resilience in the workplace. Laken is engaged actively in developing and promoting wellness at the international level as an Ambassador to the Integrative and Naturopathic Medicine World Congress (ICNM Paris 2025). She is a member of the Association of Health Coaches of France (ACDS).
Fluent in French, Portuguese and English, Laken is able to connect with and support a diverse range of clients and international companies, tailoring her approach to meet their specific needs and cultural contexts. Academically Laken has a rich background, having studied law languages at the University of Tours (Tours, France) before continuing on to obtain an additional SMB business administration certificate (gestion des petites et moyennes entreprises).
Bringing over a decade of HR and administrative work experience in large corporations and in the consulting sector, she deeply understands the complexities and demands of high-stress environments. Her holistic approach to well-being supports individuals and teams in achieving balance, vitality, and sustainable personal and professional growth.
Laken is the French and Portuguese Corporate Wellness Program Director and an individual Health Coach.
