Lana has been practicing massage therapy since 2003 after graduating from the 3000 hour program at OVCMT in Vernon, BC.
She strives to provide a welcoming, safe, therapeutic, and trusting environment where the client can find ease and begin their journey of release, relaxation and healing.
Lana has continued her studies in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy, breathing techniques, osteopathic techniques, and yoga for remedial exercise.
She works with her clients to create individual and goal focused treatments, educating clients in selfcare to better facilitate their journey to wellness and a better quality of living.

First appointments will always include a full health history interview, assessment, goal setting, consent process and massage within treatment time of 60-75 minutes.
This in home service is for pre existing clients that are not able to come into the clinic due to mobility issues. We will address wellness needs as set out in our treatment goals and can make accommodations for positioning with furniture in home. Bringing a portable massage table is an option at an extra charge.
