1 Hour massage therapy provided along with 15 min Hydrocollator treatment

You will receive 90 minutes for massage therapy - we can discuss work on what you need before we start. And 30 minutes with the hydrocollator treatment either pre or post massage. A great way to get a full body treatment and relax for 30 mins with deep moist heat to flush the muscles after the massage.

This treatment is a combination of massage therapy and hydrotherapy. The hydrocollator is a hot moist heat pack that gets deep into the tissues to help relax the muscle and increase circulation. 60 min treatment for pregnant women - PLEASE book this treatment when you can no longer lay on your stomach. This treatment will be focused on areas you would like treated or that are causing discomfort. The table is setup to accommodate your changing body, dependent on how far along you are, and how comfortable you are in certain positions. We will discuss details more when you come in for your treatment.
