Larisa graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences before completing her physiotherapy training at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, pediatric, and geriatric conditions and is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care.
Larisa has completed extensive postgraduate training in manual therapy, the Mulligan Concept, contemporary medical acupuncture, and dry needling. She is also a Certified TMD Practitioner (CTMD), having completed advanced training in the assessment and treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMJ dysfunction), jaw pain, headaches, and related conditions. She enjoys helping patients with both longstanding and acute symptoms regain comfort, confidence, and function.
Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, education, and personalized exercise programs to address the root cause of symptoms and empower patients to return to the activities they enjoy. Larisa believes that every treatment plan should be tailored to each individual's goals and lifestyle.
In addition to her clinical practice, Larisa serves as a clinical examiner for the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators, helping assess the competency of future physiotherapists across Canada.
Outside the clinic, Larisa enjoys spending time with her family and chocolate lab (Meeka!). Whether camping, hiking, or exploring the outdoors, she loves making the most of family adventures.

Vestibular rehabilitation is a physiotherapy approach for concussion recovery that uses exercises to improve the connection between the inner ear, eyes, and brain, which can be disrupted by a concussion. It helps alleviate symptoms like dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues by retraining the vestibular system through gaze stabilization, balance training, and habituation exercises, which can reduce symptoms and potentially speed up recovery.
