Hi there! I’m originally from Canada’s East Coast, where I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland before earning my Masters of Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University.
I began my occupational therapy career in acute care, working with orthopedic and neurosurgical populations, before fostering my passion for working with pediaterics. For the past three years, I have had the privilege of supporting children and their families as they work toward meaningful goals and build confidence in their everyday lives.
I believe that play is at the heart of childhood and one of the most powerful ways children learn, grow, and connect with the world around them. My approach to therapy is play-based, collaborative, and family-centered. I love finding creative ways to help children develop new skills while ensuring therapy feels engaging, motivating, and fun. Whether we’re working on motor skills, self-care, emotional regulation, or participation in daily activities, my goal is to help each child feel successful and empowered.
I bring a strong background in movement and development, along with a genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their full potential. Building meaningful relationships with children and families is one of the most rewarding parts of my work, and I feel grateful to be part of their journey.
When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me baking, hiking, paddleboarding, camping, or going for a run. I also dance with an adult hip-hop team, which combines my love of movement, creativity, and community. Most of all, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner, friends, and the people who matter most to me.
