Laura is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since the fall of 2013. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC and the Massage Therapists Association of BC.
Laura has experience treating a wide variety of conditions, from postural imbalances, chronic pain, whiplash, and sports injuries, to headaches, pregnancy, and postpartum conditions. She primarily employs a blend of deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release. Laura believes in a holistic approach to massage therapy, making sure to assess and treat supporting structures, as well as the area of complaint, to best achieve resolution of an issue.
On her days off, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her son, family, and friends. She enjoys traveling and camping whenever possible. She regularly participates in continuing education courses to continue providing a high quality of care for her massage therapy patients.

Each treatment is individualized to the client. Through techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release, frictions and muscular release through active movement, your registered massage therapist is dedicated to helping you feel better. The goal in each treatment is to aid in a quicker recovery, prevent injuries and allow for optimal mobility. **Please note, fees with increase to $130 as of March 1 2025**
