Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, Laura has always had a keen interest in the human body. In 2009, she started her academic journey at Memorial University studying kinesiology and psychology.
A desire to work in a career focused on health and wellness brought Laura to Halifax, where she studied Massage Therapy and graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2018.
Working to understand the unique goals and needs of each client, she uses a variety of myofascial techniques, cupping, deep tissue therapy, and trigger point therapy to help relieve soft tissue injuries and muscle tightness.
A member of good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia she looks forward to meeting and treating new and returning clients.
