Laura Gall
SaveLaura is a Registered Psychologist and the owner of Accelerate Psychology. She comes from a 15-year career as a first responder and has extensive experience as an elite athlete and coach. In addition to her job, Laura has experience working with several high performers in athletics, business, and the performing arts. Through her work and personal experience, she is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges that come with these areas. Laura believes in working to serve each client best and utilizes various therapeutic approaches to ensure each client is supported to reach their goals, including EMDR, CBT, and Clinical Hypnosis. In addition to first responders and high performers, Laura works with adults looking to overcome the variety of challenges life throws at us. Laura is described as authentic and non-judgmental in her sessions, and she uses a lot of humour and direct, but gentle communication. She has led group presentations and educational sessions for athletes, healthcare workers, and businesses to prepare them for the challenges they face in their unique fields. Laura is also very connected to and an ally of the LGBTQIA2S+ communities. With her, you can expect an open and accepting environment, no matter your background.

60 minute in-person session (50-minutes counselling, 10 minutes notes)
60-minute virtual session (50-minutes counselling, 10 minutes notes). Due to regulatory requirements, the client must physically be in Alberta to attend this session (unless other arrangements have been discussed). If the session is booked and the client is not physically in Alberta at the time of the session, the session will be ended, and the client will be responsible for the full fee associated with the booking.
