Laura is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 17 years of experience, having worked in both spa and sports clinic settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University and has completed advanced training in Active Release Techniques (ART), Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, and Reiki Level 1. She specializes in deep tissue massage but can adjust to suit the clients needs.
Laura takes a thoughtful, client-centred approach to care, combining evidence-based massage therapy with a holistic perspective. She recently completed a Master’s in Holistic Counselling through the Australian School of Holistic Counselling, allowing her to support both the physical and emotional aspects of overall wellbeing.
