Our Pilates classes are led by our certified Pilates instructor. Each class is one hour long and will host 9 participants. Pilates is a low impact exercise regime where the exercises are performed slowly and include each of the 6 basic principles: Concentration, breathing, control, centering, precision and whole body movement.
Indoor cycling is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body.
