Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of multidisciplinary clinics, hotels, and spas internationally, gaining extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of therapeutic and wellness needs.

My treatment approach integrates Swedish therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, Seiki Shoho acupressure, and Thai massage techniques. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, with a focus on addressing specific areas of tension, improving mobility, promoting relaxation, and supporting overall well-being.
I take a holistic and client-centered approach, beginning each treatment by listening carefully to the client’s concerns, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I combine biomechanical awareness with hands-on therapeutic techniques to develop a personalized treatment approach and monitor progress over time.
I believe that effective massage therapy goes beyond the treatment itself. I provide attentive follow-up and practical recommendations to help clients better understand their bodies and support their progress between sessions.
My goal is to create a professional, welcoming, and comfortable environment where every client feels heard and cared for. Whether the goal is therapeutic relief, muscular relaxation, improved mobility, or simply taking time to recharge, I strive to ensure every client leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

This treatment focuses on tension release and relaxation by utilizing a combination of Swedish massage strokes on the neck and shoulders and applying light, moderate and deep (if requested by patient) pressure in areas that are holding tension. A combination of rubbing, light scratching and firm holds will be applied to the scalp to give the stored tension an exit point, aiding in clearing the mind and reducing stress/tension in the mind, body and spirit.
