Lauren Billey graduated from OVCMT in the Okanagan, as a Massage Therapist in 2014. Since then, she’s studied many different modalities and incorporates myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point release, visceral release, and Swedish techniques in her practice. Lauren has also completed multiple different yoga teacher trainings. Curious about how to integrate these practices into her work, she has completed several RMT continuing education courses, including Movement Therapy and Yogasana Levels 1 and 2.
In addition to her massage therapy treatments, Lauren now offers Massage and Mindful Movement sessions. These include a 30-minute yoga-inspired movement assessment tailored to each client's unique needs, followed by a massage therapy treatment that addresses any restrictions identified during the assessment.
