Lauren is a registered massage therapist and fascial stretch therapist with over 12 years of experience in sports rehabilitation and manual therapy. She studied Kinesiology and education at Western University where she specialized in sports injuries and rehabilitation as well as physical education.
She has worked with amateur and professional athletes recovering from traumatic injuries and surgeries of the shoulder, elbow and knee, with extensive experience in post-operative ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
Lauren's practice now focuses on helping her clients feel better and move better by blending a variety of techniques into her treatments, including; relaxing Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue treatment and fascial stretching. Her specialties include treating postural dysfunctions, neck pain, low back pain and improving overall mobility and flexibility.
