I'm Lauren, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with my Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Additionally, I hold an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor, with a minor in Psychology. My lifelong fascination with the human body and its functionality, coupled with my passion for helping people achieve their optimal well-being, has been a driving force in my journey.
Growing up with an active lifestyle, I've personally experienced the frustration of injuries and the uncertainty of how to address them. Discovering Osteopathy was transformative for me, as it not only improved my well-being but also enhanced my performance. I'm deeply appreciative of the opportunity to share these benefits with my patients and help them feel their best.
