Lauren is a British Columbia native who joined the ZONE Sports Physiotherapy team in 2012. She has been involved in private practice sports and orthopedic physiotherapy in Saskatoon since her graduation from the University of Saskatchewan, with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2009. Prior to this Lauren completed her Kinesiology degree, graduating with honors and great distinction in 2007. Since graduating she has completed her Diploma of Spinal Manipulation through the Canadian Orthopedic Division in 2013. In previous years Lauren has occupied a sports medicine team role with the U of S Huskies Women’s Basketball Team and Saskatchewan Provincial Lacrosse Teams, as well as working as a personal trainer in multiple settings. Lauren grew up heavily involved in athletics competing at both local and provincial levels. Currently in her spare time she is continuing to expand her athletic horizons by taking a keen interest in snowboarding, strength training, yoga, hiking and golf.

45 Minute follow up appointment. Please only book if you and your physiotherapist have previously discussed the need for longer appointment times.
60 minute treatments are regular follow up visits for an extended period of time. Please only book if you and your physiotherapist have previously discussed the need for longer appointment times.
If you have been seen at any location of ZONE and have a new injury that needs an assessment.
First time clients attending for an injury at any of the ZONE clinics. Multiple injuries or areas of concern may require more than one assessment.
Treatment visit for injury reviewed in clinic within the past 6 months. Booking to be with same therapist that assessed the injury. If you are a new client or have a new injury, please see our other treatments offered.
This treatment option is for patients who have an active funding agreement in place.
If it has been more than 6 months since you have been in to see your physiotherapist, but it is for the same injury you were seen for previously.
