AjouterLauren is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) working from a trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming lens, supporting individuals, teens (16+), and couples navigating emotional overwhelm, relational patterns, and identity. She brings a collaborative, down-to-earth approach informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), somatic, and emotion-focused work, with an emphasis on helping clients understand and regulate their emotional and nervous system responses. Lauren is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

She has a background in sex-positive education and research related to body image, sexuality, and stigma, which informs her interest in supporting clients exploring identity, intimacy, and self-understanding in non-judgmental ways.
