Hello! My name is Lauren and I’m a Naturopathic Doctor offering support for all things related to reproductive health and wellness. Coming from a background in Kinesiology, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for holistic wellness. During my time at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I narrowed my focus on fertility support, birth doula support, menopause support, and general reproductive health. These experiences shaped me in to the ND I am today, and have allowed me to support those through important transitions in their life.
I have extra training with musculoskeletal concerns (aches and pains), prenatal education, doula support (labour and postpartum), and mental health support. My approach to wellness is centered around empowering others to make decisions that enrich their quality of life, and to feel confident with their health journey every step of the way. When you book an initial appointment with me, you can expect a thorough intake with lots of discussion and education about your health as well as tailored recommendations for you based on your unique health journey. Common modalities I use include herbal medicine, acupuncture and Chinese medicine, nutritional guidance, exercise guidance, supplement recommendations, and other lifestyle recommendations.

Book this appointment if you have not seen our lactation consultant before. A lactation visit will include the following: History: Health history of both mother and baby, including pregnancy and birth and opportunity for you to tell your story. Weight: Baby’s naked weight + Pre- and post-feeding weights Assessment: Mother’s breasts and nipples, infant’s oral anatomy, latch, positions and more Care plan and next steps: Care plan created together that you are comfortable with + that aligns with your goals. Follow-up visit may be recommended. Some support available through text following our visit.
