Lauren has been practicing massage therapy for over ten years. She is dedicated to a trauma informed way to empower clients to find moments of healing with her touch, breathing exercises and body awareness education. Inclusivity is important and she strives to create a safe, body-positive healing space for everybody. She finds a personalized way to decrease feelings of tension and to maximize positive sensations in the body.
Lauren has a special interest in treating cancer recovery, anxiety, stress, headaches, whiplash, back pain, frozen shoulder, and chronic pain.
