Lauren Rudko is a registered physiotherapist who has specialized in pelvic health physiotherapy. She treats clients of all ages and genders, with a special interest in paediatric pelvic health. While Lauren is rostered with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists to do internal (vaginal/rectal) work with adults, her work with children does not include any internal evaluations or treatment. Her approach focuses on the whole body, looking at everything ranging from diet to posture and breathing when assessing and treating clients. Lauren provides care for clients at our Variety Village clinic location and virtually across Ontario.
__Conditions Treated Include__: trouble with potty training, daytime urinary or fecal incontinence, enuresis (night time incontinence), urinary urgency and frequency, overactive bladder, voiding postponement (postponing urination with holding maneuvers), pain (bladder, urethral and/or genital), Giggle incontinence, constipation and/or stool retention

This is a 15 minute complimentary virtual "meet and greet" session for those curious about how paediatric pelvic health might be able to help their family. The session can help provide clarity on if pelvic health physiotherapy is appropriate for the issue(s) your child is facing.

This will be a hands-on course with practicum and labs. Learn to assess and treat the whole baby and common infant concerns including postural and cranial asymmetries, oral motor dysfunction related to feeding and how all are connected and impact on motor development.
