I hold a diploma in Nutritional Consulting, obtaining the title
‘Natural Nutritional Clinical Practitioner', as well as a degree in
Sociology and another in Family Studies. I have spent my time
creating programs, workshops, and individual plans for clients

believe that staying healthy mentally and physically gives us the
drive, motivation and skills needed in order to be successful
within all areas of our lives. My goal is to provide individuals with
the tools needed to achieve success in their health and wellness
goals.
I spend my free time with my family and friends, experimenting
with new recipes, and working on my own fitness and health
goals. I have a love for reading, CrossFit, yoga, and may or may
not love running…still to be determined!
