Movement has always played a big role in my life, and physiotherapy felt like the natural path to
turn that passion into a career. My own experience recovering from a sports-related knee injury
showed me firsthand the impact physiotherapy can have—not just physically, but mentally. That
experience continues to shape how I approach rehabilitation today. I completed my Master of
Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia after earning my Bachelor's degree at
UBC Okanagan.
Whether you're recovering from a sports injury, returning to activity after surgery, or working
toward a new fitness goal, I strive to create individualized treatment plans that help you move
with confidence. In orthopaedic & sports injuries, I draw on my foundational training in Advanced
Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program Level 1 to support evidence-informed
assessment and rehabilitation.
In women’s and pelvic health, I work with clients experiencing pelvic pain, urinary or bowel
incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and those seeking guidance on safe exercise during
pregnancy and the postpartum period. My training includes Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 and
a recent continuing education course, Pregnancy, Pelvic Girdle Pain & The Pelvic Floor.
In my pediatric practice, I enjoy supporting children of all ages—from infants developing
foundational movement skills to youth and school-aged children recovering from sport-related
injuries.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy strength training, road cycling and reality tv (excellent for recovery days)
