Graduating Kikkawa College in Toronto in 2017, I was able to gain hands on experience treating a variety of people and conditions. I began my own practice right away - hoping to help people one massage at a time!

If you have never had a foot reflexology treatment before, this is the perfect introduction. While it may appear similar to a foot massage, reflexology is a distinct therapeutic practice where pressure is applied to specific points on the feet to support whole-body balance and relaxation. This treatment helps improve circulation, support lymphatic flow, and release tension, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. This treatment is intended for those who have completed the Initial Foot Reflexology Treatment, and is ideal for those suffering from mobility issues stemming from the feet. Structured foot reflexology combines traditional reflexology principles with specific techniques to release areas of muscle and ligament strain in the foot and lower leg to restore comfort and function, helping the bones of the foot find their normal alignment, and realign and reduce compensations throughout the body by improving foot movement and balance. Patient will be supine for approximately 75 minutes, then prone for the remainder of the session. *Please let us know if you need a Reflexology insurance receipt.*
The Full Circle Renewal is a restorative, two hour full-body escape which includes hot stone therapy, and scalp & facial massage. It also features a nourishing hand treatment and one hour of focused foot reflexology, paired with your choice of Bridlewood Soaps essential oils – Citrus Sage, Orange Patchouli, or Lavender, making this the perfect way to slow down, reset and reconnect with your body. *Please note this treatment is not billable to insurance.*
