Lavanya is passionate about helping people of all ages with their health and well being.
Working with newborns to the elderly, Lavanya uses a gentle, hands on approach to help release tension, improve mobility and optimize functionality. A true whole-systems approach, she looks at the way you use your body and starts each treatment with a full body assessment.
Lavanya graduated from the Canadian School of Osteopathy, a 5 year program (+ research component). Prior to Osteopathic training, Lavanya completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. Before the fullness of family life, Lavanya previously taught yoga and continues to be a healthy movement enthusiast. A life-long student of health and wellness, Lavanya is conscientious about the understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and energy systems of the body. She continues her keen journey of learning with post graduate courses and mentoring.
