AjouterLeah is a graduate of the massage therapy program at Mount Royal University in Calgary Alberta.
Leah uses general Swedish massage techniques to help reduce muscle tension, decrease pain, increase range of motion, and encourage relaxation.
Leah has raised two children who are both athletes and now university age. She is excited to be starting the next chapter of her life here in the Kootenays. She loves both winter and summer outdoor mountain adventures, and values a healthy and active lifestyle. Leah loves hockey and has been a goaltender for 12 years

INITIAL Infant Manual therapy and Massage. Manual therapy and Massage to assist with feeding and development. Please book if this is your infants first manual therapy session.
A gentle massage for infants 0-1. Can be beneficial to improve sleep, bonding between parent and baby, digestion, as well as for birth recovery or more complex physical needs. Parent education and involvement included for home treatment between appointments.
A safe and personalized treatment focused on symptoms experienced during pregnancy. A specific pregnancy pillow can be used to create further comfort.
