I am a compassionate, client-centered counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and over a decade of experience as a registered nurse. My background in nursing, including mental health, pediatric respite, and palliative care, has shaped my trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to supporting individuals and families.
During my counselling practicum, I provided therapy for clients navigating various forms of trauma, including family and relationship violence, and co-facilitated support groups for parents of children who had experienced sexual abuse. I am committed to fostering safety, resilience, and healing through therapeutic relationships that are collaborative and grounded in trust.
With a strong foundation in both healthcare and counselling, I bring skills in assessment, psychoeducation, and group facilitation, alongside a dedication to ongoing learning and research. My integrative approach emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and empowerment, supporting clients in moving toward growth and emotional well-being.

This is a 2-person, 60 min booking, priced at $45 per person. NOTE: You need your own Pilates Partner for this booking. We will manually add the second client to the same booking time, please call the office.
