My work is about connection. I do what I can to create a space where we can sit - without judgement or hurry - and organize our thoughts, experiences and feelings. This is a one hour life coaching session which may include an acupuncture treatment at no extra charge (acupuncture is optional). We talk about your specific goals and find ways together to help you achieve them at a pace that you are comfortable with; all while being mindful of any trauma you hold in your mind and body.
