As part of the team at Impact Health, she brings an athletic mindset to her treatments, combining clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of movement, performance demands, and the unique needs of each individual she works with.
With a lifelong love for softball, hockey, and soccer, Leah has developed a treatment style that supports both athletes and individuals living with chronic pain. She specializes in deep tissue therapy, cupping, and myofascial work, using targeted techniques to help clients improve mobility, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they love feeling stronger and more confident.

Leah is also certified in equine massage and performance-based assessment, allowing her to understand the connection between rider mechanics and horse performance. This unique background gives her a deeper perspective on body mechanics, movement patterns, and functional rehabilitation.
Known for her personalized approach, Leah believes that no two bodies — or treatments — are the same. She focuses on education and collaboration, empowering her clients with knowledge about their bodies so they can play an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to reach their personal performance and wellness goals.
