Leahanne is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dieticians of Ontario and a member of the Dieticians of Canada. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ryerson University in Nutrition and Food, as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Leahanne has continuing education in health literacy, motivational interviewing and coaching to support behaviour change.
Leahanne aims to promote mindful eating concepts and encourages a positive relationship with food. She personalizes nutrition education and translates science-based information into practical strategies based on your lifestyle. Leahanne uses a motivational approach to support you in transforming your lifestyle and relationship with food.
