The session focuses on individualized strategies to manage symptoms, restore balance, improve vestibular and cervical function, and support a safe return to activity. Treatment is guided by ongoing assessment and your specific recovery needs.

In person Discovery Visit (DV) appointments allows the Physical Therapist to devote time towards learning the history and nature of the injury or concern. It also allows you to understand how physiotherapy can help you and what you can expect from treatment. There will be no assessment or treatment during this appointment.
