Leanne has been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 2016 upon graduating with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University and an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. Her interest in musculoskeletal injuries then lead her to pursue a Masters in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne. Her education has led her to assess injury from a wholistic perspective that centers around client education using a combination of manual and exercise therapy.
When she isn’t treating in the clinic, Leanne can be found sideline for the CSSHL and Field Hockey BC. Some of her career highlights include traveling to China with the Trinity Western University Men’s Hockey team in 2016 and Colombia with the Junior National Softball Team in 2019. She also enjoys rock climbing, reading and watching the NHL/PWHL in her free time.
