Lebo graduated from Douglas College with a Diploma in Sport Science in 2024 and a Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching with a focus in kinesiology in 2025. His passion for human movement grew through years of involvement in sports, where he saw firsthand how proper training and rehabilitation can transform performance, recovery, and overall health.
As he begins his career, Lebo is eager to apply his education to help clients improve mobility, restore function, build strength, and move with confidence. He takes a client-centered approach, creating personalized exercise programs that are clear, practical, and goal-driven.
Outside the clinic, Lebo enjoys staying active through basketball, strength training, and continually learning new ways to advance his knowledge in health, rehab, and human performance.

Active rehab is a great way to help your body heal and recover from an injury, surgery, or keep your body feeling right through a season. It helps you regain strength, flexibility, and mobility in the affected areas. It can also help reduce pain, swelling, improve balance and coordination, and prevent any possibility of future injuries. During these 40 minute sessions, we will work together in an active and passive treatment style to help reduce your symptoms, help your body recovery quicker, and keep your body feeling healthy.
