With an Honours BA in Kinesiology from the University of Western and two decades as a Reiki Master, Lee seamlessly integrates neuroscience, energy work, and deep mindset shifts. She integrates modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), PACE™ Protocols for Achieving Coaching Excellence, Time Line Therapy™, Hypnotherapy, HeartMath, Kinesiology, Core Transformation, Huna, and Reiki.
Lee’s love for connection extends into every aspect of life. A passionate community builder and connector, she creates spaces where people feel seen and supported. An avid traveler who has explored over 25 countries, she has volunteered with children in Malawi and Brazil—experiences that have deepened her appreciation for human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. She embraces this same sense of connection and vitality in her daily life, including her personal practice of cold plunging with the EndorFins community, a ritual that strengthens both body and mind.
Lee offers single-session coaching and energy work, as well as a three-month transformational coaching program for those interested in a deeper dive. She also facilitates retreats and community events designed to foster meaningful connection and personal growth.
