Leena is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, Pilates instructor, and certified life coach with a passion for supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She holds 200- and 300-hour yoga certifications, specialized training in yin and restorative yoga, a two-year certification in mindfulness and meditation, and a mat Pilates certification. She is currently completing her 500-hour Reformer Pilates teacher training.
With a grounded and compassionate approach, Leena helps clients connect through intentional movement and meaningful inner work. As a life coach, she works beyond the mat to support individuals navigating change, reconnecting with purpose, and building sustainable growth in their lives.
Leena teaches all levels, both in-person and online, and is committed to creating spaces where strength, stillness, and self-awareness unfold naturally.
