During this appointment Kristen will provide information on cesarean healing and treatment beyond the superficial surface of the scar. She will provide massage therapy to the scar tissue through the various layers. Dolphin Neurostim technology uses microcurrent to reduce scar tissue and negative symptoms relating to scar tissue such as tugging, pulling, numbness, hypersensitivity and associated pelvic floor symptoms to promote optimal healing. *This appointment should be booked when the scar is fully healed at the surface level with no signs of infection* This service is intended for 6 to 8 weeks postpartum and beyond.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a gentle pain free sequence of full body stretches that utilizes traction to decompress joints and expand space in the soft tissues. This is a hands on manual therapy where your therapist will take you through a series of passive range of motion for each joint. The benefits of FST include decreasing pain, improving joint range of motion and function, nervous system regulation, and joint decompression. This is a great option if you are feeling stiff, unable to get full range of motion, or are looking to get a deeper stretch. This treatment does not require any lotion or any undressing.
