Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

A one-on-one session for patients presenting with a more complex or chronic condition that requires further examination and multi-staged treatments. This appointment is approximately 30 - 40 minutes in duration.

A one-on-one follow-up session continuing on the treatment plan based on the patients chief complaint. Please not that this appointment is only available for those who have had an initial assessment Jeffrey. This appointment is approximately 20 - 25 min in duration.

Reflexology is an alternative therapy based on the principle that all the systems of the body are mapped out in reflex points on the feet, hands and ears. Stimulation of the many nerve endings on all these surfaces helps to open up the natural pathways your body uses to nourish and heal itself. Tender or ‘gritty’ points indicate congestion in the corresponding area of the body. During a reflexology treatment a state of deep relaxation is created in the body which interrupts the pattern of stress and brings balance to the body and its systems where there is imbalance.

During a session the reiki practitioner will be working with the Universal Life force energy to remove any stagnant energy and facilitate the body’s natural healing abilities.
