Lena Rosevear is a Registered Massage Therapist with a diverse educational background, holding a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and B.Ed., a PTA diploma, certification in FST (Level III Medical and Fitness) , and her RMT designation.
Drawing from her experience as both a competitive athlete and coach, Lena brings a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery to her work. She tailors each treatment to the individual—whether the goal is relaxation, injury rehabilitation, or optimizing musculoskeletal function in sport and daily life.
