This is a 1 hour appointment of Performance Therapy. This session is entirely dedicated to exercise assessment, prescription and programming, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation. This appointment is for those who are interested in preventing injuries, optimizing their movements, moving pain free, and/or building their body up from a strong foundation. Learn the fundamentals and progress through plateaus by working with a coach with the know-how of a physio. *No manual therapy will be provided during this session*.

You are booking in a Personal Training appointment with a Rehab Hero coach. This will involve a thorough history, goal setting, trainer guided movement testing and assessment, and exercise programming. This is a taxable service.

Subsequent treatment for patients who have already completed their Physiotherapy Initial Assessment. Includes any of the combination for a SINGLE body region: soft tissue / muscle release therapy, medical acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, stretching, joint mobilizations, nutritional / life-style counseling, and exercise programming. This appointment is 30 minutes in length

Subsequent treatment for patients who have already completed their Physiotherapy Initial Assessment. Includes any of the combination for multiple body regions: soft tissue / muscle release therapy, medical acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, stretching, joint mobilizations, nutritional / life-style counseling, and exercise programming. This appointment is 45 minutes in length

Subsequent treatment for patients who have already completed their Physiotherapy Initial Assessment. Includes any of the combination for MULTIPLE body regions: soft tissue / muscle release therapy, medical acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, stretching, joint mobilizations, nutritional / life-style counseling, and exercise programming. This appointment is 60 minutes in length

Subsequent treatment for patients who have already completed their Physiotherapy Initial Assessment. Includes any of the combination for MULTIPLE body regions: soft tissue / muscle release therapy, medical acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, stretching, joint mobilizations, nutritional / life-style counseling, and exercise programming. This appointment is 75 minutes in length

Fascial Stretch is a manual therapy that is designed to stretch and mobilize the fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports our muscles, bones, and joints. This appointment also includes everything in our regular physiotherapy appointment.
