Lexie is the owner of Meditative Massage. She is an honours graduate from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and is currently a lead instructor teaching massage therapy. Lexie believes that in order to heal the body we must work to calm our minds. In her practice she works with her clients to calm their nervous systems while using her skills to treat the body. Lexie specializes in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage as well as cupping.
