I started my journey at Vicars School of Massage Therapy graduating top of my class in 2023. I have since advanced my manual lymphatic drainage education through Dr. Vodders School International for my level 1 & 2 certifying me to work directly with edema and lymphedema in the body.
I am passionate towards helping patients overcome pain, improve mobility, and accelerate through their recovery and wellness journey. I am goal-orientated with my treatment style, including short and long term goals with home-care and through each massage to achieve a pain-free lifestyle ensuring a safe and effective rehabilitation. My expertise includes therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger-point release, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, myofascial release, and manual lymphatic drainage.
Being very involved in the sports community growing up playing rugby, I was often looking for preventative and recovery treatments to fit my lifestyle. Finding there was a gap in what I was looking for had really pushed me to pursue massage therapy to advocate and be the change that I initially needed, to now help others stay on track with their activities and lifestyles they love. Outside of work I am devoted to reading, hitting the gym, paddle boarding, and exploring the mountains on snowboard trips. I'm very committed to continuing my education by attending seminars, and enrolling in courses to expand my expertise.
