**BIO**
Liam is a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology
(BCAK). He brings a patient centered approach to every session, focusing on building trust,
understanding specific goals, and supporting clients through evidence based exercise programs
and rehabilitation. Liam is dedicated and takes pride in improving clients overall health and well
being, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing long term conditions, or simply
striving to increase strength and confidence in their daily lives. He also has a strong interest in
working with older adults, supporting them and improving balance and rebuilding confidence on
their feet. Guided by his belief that everyone, no matter the age should have the ability to
function and perform at their best.
He graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan with a major in Human
Kinetics and a minor in Psychology, giving him a strong foundation in both physical and mental
aspects of the recovery process. Liam strongly values the importance of collaboration and enjoys
working closely with other healthcare practitioners to ensure clients receive well rounded,
comprehensive care.
When Liam is not in the clinic, he loves spending time outdoors. You can find him skiing in the
winter months, always chasing fresh snow and exploring new mountains. In the summer, he
enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and golfing with his friends.

INITIAL IM INJECTION THERAPY REQUIRED! NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) intramuscular injection for cellular energy, anti-aging, and cognitive support. This starting dose is recommended for your first 3–4 injections to assess tolerance before titrating up to 50 mg. Insurance: May be covered by extended health plans.

This is a complimentary appointment specifically for collecting blood samples for food sensitivity testing. During this brief visit, we will perform a simple finger using the specialized test kit for your food sensitivity panel. What to expect: • Quick and efficient blood collection (approximately 10-15 minutes) • No consultation or assessment included • Test kit preparation and sample processing Payment Policy: Payment for the food sensitivity test is required in full at the time of sample collection. You will receive an invoice that can be submitted to your extended health benefits for reimbursement
