After suffering a serious injury while snowboarding, Liam sought help for chronic pain for years, all the while teaching over 10 thousand hours of aquatics instruction and training lifeguards for the City of Ottawa. Liam was introduced to Manual Osteopathy, which not only addressed the immediate pain symptoms but addressed the root cause of the pain itself. Transformed and restored, Liam found his calling and enrolled in the National Academy of Osteopathy where he graduated with a Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practice (DOMP). Liam is a current active member in good standing with the National Manual Osteopathic Society (NMOS).

Schedule a 15 minute consultation appointment with Meghan Hadfield to discuss Yoga Therapy, your treatment goals, and Meghan’s approach. This is a videoconference appointment and you will be emailed a link to our secure videoconference platform one hour before your scheduled appointment.
In your initial consultation session, we will complete an intake together before exploring the many different ways in which Yoga may be supportive for you. We will use this time to create a personalized program that may include different aspects of Yoga such as movement, meditation and breath work. We will also explore a length of time that would be best for the clients’ follow up sessions.
All sessions will include a check in and a check out. Sessions will be made up of a variety of different aspects of Yoga that have been created into a program personalized for the client. These may include movement, meditation, and breath work. At times, these may change as sessions progress with clients.
