Meet Lida, a compassionate and knowledgeable medical professional who has an incredible journey in the world of healthcare. Originally a Medical Doctor for over 15 years in Iran, she followed her passion and pursued a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) education at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine in Toronto.

Her specialties include helping patients with musculoskeletal pain, women's health, stress, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, and even facial acupuncture for that rejuvenating glow. Lida goes the extra mile by incorporating additional therapies like cupping, moxibustion, and Gua Sha to optimize her acupuncture treatments. Her approach is gentle, tailored to each individual's needs, and she truly cares about their well-being—body, mind, and spirit.
