I am a performing artist and massage therapist passionate about helping people manage their stress and tension through a holistic and thoughtful approach to manual therapy. My style of treatment is informed by my concurrent career as a professional dancer, in which I have dealt with chronic stress and painful injuries, while also developing an embodied knowledge of movement and the body. I bring this wisdom to my massage treatments where I listen to your needs and goals to co-create a treatment plan and self-care system that can support your journey to optimal health.
Each treatment I offer is unique to you, and I adapt to your changing needs with a diverse skill set, including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping Therapy and Pre-Natal massage. I have received advanced training in the areas of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, and Post-operative Care, and I am fascinated by the subtle, yet powerful ways that these techniques can enhance the body’s natural healing process.
I am passionate about providing a thoughtful and caring space where you can put down your devices, breathe slowly, and tune in to what your body and nervous system need, in order to manage pain, feel rejuvenated, and build resilience.
