Lily offers an educational approach to long term health and fitness. She's here to teach you how to work through current and future musculoskeletal problems, in order for you to take your health care into your own hands.
Most of your time spent with Lily will be learning what you can do now to help yourself as quickly as possible, and avoid future injury. This nearly always involves strength training exercises, because strength solves problems.

This appointment option is for returning clients who have 1-2 areas of focus they would like to work on in their appointment.

This option is for returning clients who do not need to review the homework, and are not ready to learn the next steps in the homework program.
This option is for clients returning for further treatment and education related to their initial assessment. The full hour is for folks who would like the time to review the homework, or receive education on taking the next steps in the homework plan.
This option is for new clients, or clients returning for new challenges. This appointment will involve a full verbal intake evaluation, a physical assessment, treatment, and homework education. It's Lily's job to teach you the next steps that you can do in order to see progress.
This appointment option is for clients who have not previously been to see this practitioner for massage therapy. The 60 minutes will include time at the beginning to discuss health history and goals for treatment. Then, treatment can proceed leaving time at the end to discuss the treatment and a plan going forward.
