Lindsay completed an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology in 2005 and a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of Alberta.
Lindsay began her practice focusing on intensive rehabilitation for people with complex physical therapy needs especially neurological diagnosis. Other than a short stint in acute care, she has worked in a rehabilitation hospital inpatient and outpatient programs focused on spinal cord injury, stroke, brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s disease, MSA, CIDP, GBS, FND, falls prevention, geriatrics, hospital deconditioning, post ICU critical illness polyneuropathy, palliative care and other conditions.
Lindsay’s style is function focused, goal based and intensive. She’s previously completed LSVT-BIG training for Parkinson’s disease. She has trained wheelchair skills, simple to advanced transfers, falls prevention, home and community mobility skills.
Lindsay is passionate about physical therapy rehabilitation and excited to serve the people who require her skills.
In Lindsay’s free time she can be found rink side cheering on her child, riding her horses and coaching show jumping. She’s also an avid oil painter and can be found at local galleries and art walks.
