Lindsay Branton
Lindsay is a Registered Kinesiologist and holds her Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and diploma in fitness and health promotion. Lindsay's areas of focus are low back pain, obesity care, and concussion treatment. She has completed all 3 McGill Method courses: Foundation for a Pain Free Back, Assessment, and Enhancing Performance. She has completed internships and worked with Dr Edward Cambridge and Dr Melanie Abbott-Cambridge (DCs) since 2013. Lindsay actively participates in Obesity Canada summits and seminars, has completed a variety of concussion seminars. She is also certified in concussion treatment from the Rehab Lab. Lindsay provides patient-centred care and works to educate patients on how to take control of their health.

In this appointment you will explore exercises that are appropriate for your body and goals. That you can perform the movements safely and effectively will be ensured, and your at-home set up will be evaluated. After the appointment, an at-home program will be created for you.
