Lindsay has been working in health care for 2 decades; as a Registered massage therapist and yoga therapist. She has lived in the valley for 15 years, and is dedicated to community and wellness, within her profession and as a mother.
Sessions focus on the nervous system, and somatic (body) practices. She draws from various methods, such as breath work, various types of yoga/movement, feldenkrais, and somatics. Her goal is to provide safe, simple and effective ways to facilitate a shift in the nervous system that may bring rest and optimal wellness. She works with people of all ages; and physical conditions, chronic pain and anxiety.
