Lindsay has been part of the healthcare team for over 25 years. First, becoming a Dental Assistant, then 6 years later going back to school to understand the body as a whole, and became a Registered Massage Therapist. Lindsay's education didn't stop there. Also taking courses in exercise rehabilitation and becoming a certified Resistance Trainer. Understanding that the human body is complex, Lindsay is in a constant state of learning, reading studies and new science.
Lindsay's approach to the Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD), and the range this disorder can create, is always to take a wide look first, and consider all that could be contributing. Lindsay's approach is thorough and gentle (the tissue in the mouth can be sensitive!).
Lindsay has an established referral system, referring to Dentists, Physiotherapists, Sleep Apnea Assessment & Physicians, to create the best outcome for the patient.
