Her background includes supporting individuals with physical disabilities, dual diagnosis, complex behavioral needs, and mental health challenges—giving her a deep appreciation for the diverse ways people move, function, and heal.

She is naturally drawn to deep tissue therapy, sports massage, and injury rehabilitation—offering targeted treatments designed to reduce tension, restore mobility, and promote long-term recovery. Outside of work, Lindsay is a proud mother of three and enjoys living an active lifestyle. She plays soccer and softball, enjoys downhill skiing, and takes any opportunity to spend time outdoors and engage in many activities.
